Landslide as she scoops 48 per cent of votes to replace Frankie Cocozza...Amelia Lily is getting another shot at X Factor glory after winning a public vote to replace disgraced contestant Frankie Cocozza in the competition.
The candyfloss-haired 16 year old, from Middlesbrough, won a massive 48 per cent of the votes - beating Jonjo Kerr, 2 Shoes and John Michael.
Talking to show host Dermot O'Leary as the result was revealed, she said: "I've been so emotional, I can't believe I'm back in.
"Thank you to everyone who voted for me. This has been the most stressful two days of my life."
Frankie was thrown out of the contest earlier this week after it emerged that he had broken one of the show's "golden rules" by staying out all night and taking cocaine.
He was also reported to have had a bit of a fling with Amelia Lily, so some might consider it poetic justice that she is now taking his place.
